- Most of our products are manufactured to order with a manufacturing lead-time that applies as indicated per product.
- Manufacturing lead-times are estimates based on previous production and may vary slightly.
Dispatch
- Clients are informed as soon as products are completed and informed which courier will deliver their product.
- The necessary arrangements with couriers are made to deliver parcels as soon as possible.
- Customer is provided with waybill number where possible for order tracking.
- Entrepo delivers throughout South Africa via our courier partners, with delivery times depending on the area for delivery within our borders.
Delivery Costs
1. All our products are delivered at NO cost within South African borders.
Delivery Times
1. Deliveries to major centres take on average 3 days.
2. Deliveries to outlying areas take on average 5 days.
Freight Type
1. All products are sent via road freight.
2. Where needed products can be sent via alternative freight options with additional costs that may apply.
