Please take note of our simple order process to place your product in queue for production.
- All products are manufactured to order with individual lead-times that apply as indicated per product.
- Some product orders may require measurements to be taken by the customer before production can commence. We will guide you through this simple process for the best end result.
- Manufacturing lead-times are estimates based on previous production and can vary slightly.
- Products not listed in the SHOP will be a custom order with custom requests to be submitted on the Contact Us page.
- Following submission of your custom enquiry we will contact you via email or Whatsapp to discuss the details of your order.
- Once your order is ready we will make collection and delivery arrangements with our courier partner The Courier Guy.
- The waybill number will be emailed to you allowing you to track your order.
